Our contracting solutions cover all scenarios, including Cat A and Cat B interior fit-out, refurbishment when you are in occupation, and niche projects. Fit-out Cat A.

Design and build.

Our core offering is the delivery of turnkey projects, managing the design and build process from project conception right through to handover and ongoing support. We design with deliverability in mind, so that when we come to execute, we know that the space we promised is the space we will deliver. We manage all suppliers, contractors, logistics, fitters and engineers, taking the risk and responsibility for delivering the project. Our approach to design and build is founded on pro-active control of the total process. Fit-out Cat B.

We will work with you to turn a landlord’s standard Cat A fit-out space into a home for your organisation with all the features and services that reflect your specific needs as the new occupier. We will liaise with the landlord at all stages to ensure that we gain the necessary approvals on your behalf, working with any nominated suppliers if required.

Office refurbishment.
