Home → Our Work
Since we began back in 1977, we’ve been fascinated by the psychology and design of the workplace.
Today with new tech, new ways of working, and dramatic shifts in how organisations are adapting to changed landscapes, the situation is more interesting and stimulating than ever.
For one of the largest players in our industry, we’re a bit of a rarity – an Employee Owned Trust with directors who are actively involved in the business day-to-day. So every piece of work matters for us, across the board. In fact a board director takes ultimate responsibility for each project we handle.
Just as importantly we’re a team that loves what we do. That’s why so many of us have racked up a lot of years with Claremont. We balance passion with knowledge, fresh thinking with ‘a safe pair of hands’, creativity with technical capability.
Ultimately, our culture is about always challenging the status quo, to keep our clients and us ahead of the game and FutureFlexible.
We're accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Claremont receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.50 in the UK or £10.85 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the government minimum for over 25s, which currently stands at £8.72 per hour.
Claremont is based in the North West, a region with nearly a quarter of all jobs (20%) paying less than the real Living Wage – around 584,000 jobs. Despite this, we have committed to pay the real Living Wage and deliver a fair day's pay for a hard day's work.
Today your people need to be able to communicate, collaborate and share information seamlessly, wherever they are.
The agile business has the competitive advantage. It’s FutureFlexible, and it attracts the best people who now expect flexible working patterns. We believe the future is this mix of remote and office working – with improved wellbeing and lower premises overheads driving the change.
So offices are evolving. They often need to be smaller but smarter, and more intelligently designed and equipped. Making this transformation work for you is our forte.
We can handle the whole process, from consultancy that defines your needs to the design, build, technology spec and fit out that fulfil those requirements.
Whether it’s Cat A and Cat B fit out, refurbishment, move management or integrating tech, we have the proven project management and comprehensive in-house capabilities to give you a space that delivers real value over the long term.

Helping you achieve the optimal combination of people, space and technology, enabling your organisation to realise its maximum potential in a FutureFlexible way.
Claremont’s comprehensive in-house capability takes care of it all, it’s an end-to-end solution that mitigates risk, accelerates timescales and controls costs.
We believe furniture has a huge impact on the people using it. We aren't limited to a specific range of suppliers, so finding exactly the right products for you or even designing you something unique is at the heart of our approach.
Just the right tech fully integrated with your space gives you that all-important agile and collaborative environment.
We have been delighted with the work carried out by Claremont. From the first meeting, they demonstrated that they not only understood our vision but were also able to translate that into a world class solution for a world class football club. They have exceeded our expectations not only in the way they interpreted that vision and applied creative thinking about how best to approach the design of The Boot Room, but also in their outstanding service levels which have ensured the facility has opened on time and on budget.

Claremont was quick to understand our needs and realise our vision. We’ve had a strong working partnership from the beginning and it’s been a real pleasure to work with Claremont’s team.
Nadine Maggie, Managing Director, Hain Daniels
The Claremont team really impressed with their attention to detail and high-specification finish, particularly in relation to the acoustic chamber, plus their initial design concept really captured who we are as a business.
