Claremont is sponsoring PlaceExpo, the property and regeneration pavilion as part of the International Festival of Business (IFB) 2014.
IFB is the largest global concentration of business events during 2014 and Liverpool is playing host to the 50 day festival which runs across 7 weeks in June and July.
PlaceEXPO, run by the leading property news website Place North West, is the regional property and construction centre for the IFB festival, bringing together the best that the North West has to offer investors, showcasing sites, skills and business opportunities.
Based at No 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool’s commercial business district, PlaceEXPO is providing a venue where professionals can gather to network and meet festival visitors, attend themed seminars and learn about the roadmap for development and construction in the region.
Ann Clarke, joint managing director of Claremont Group Interiors said: “PlaceExpo is giving us an unprecedented opportunity to showcase the North West property market to a very sizeable and influential audience. Based on the visitor and seminar numbers we’ve seen so far, the PlaceExpo pavilion is striking the right chord with topics such as building for education, the development of future cities and city region investment proving hugely popular.
“We are delighted to be lending our support and are thoroughly enjoying the networking opportunities it’s created. For Claremont, it gives us chance to reallyshowcase the breadth of our expertise and client base too.”
Forthcoming events include PlaceTech UK, to discuss the latest trends in science park planning and the Low Carbon UK Summit, which will identify the major low carbon infrastructure opportunities for the UK and the North West.
