After a first sold out event in May, Claremont and DMC Canotec returned with a second Agile Law Firm event at Canon’s showroom at the View in central London on 21st September. 40 senior decision makers from some of the UK’s top law firms joined speakers including Duncan Eadie of Foot Anstey, Chris Bull of Kingsmead Square, Adrienne Mansfield from Gowling and Julie Berry from RPC to discuss the growing trend towards agile working and paperless workflow in the legal sector.
Clarmeont’s Workplace Strategy Director Sarah-Jane Osborne discussed the importance and benefits of creating an agile workplace, and DMC Canotec’s Director David Newman discussed the need to sell the agile concept into an organisation in order to ensure its success.
The event included an agile technology expo and two lively Q&A sessions, in which the ability of agile working to maximise billable hours, minimise costs and improve client care were some of the topics discussed.
