Kaz originally joined Claremont in a temporary role after studying management accounting at college. He now works as an assistant management accountant, while studying for his CIMA qualification. Kaz’s role involves the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Working at Claremont has given him a combination of on-the-job experience and the opportunity to build his portfolio of professional qualifications.
Kaz’s advice for current students is: “It’s important to make sure you find a place where the people and the culture are the right fit for you, as well as the job role itself. You might be surprised at the flexibility you have in shaping a job to your strengths, once you’ve found a company that feels right for you.”
