Liverpool Football Club has a global reputation for excellence. Claremont was called on to provide a comprehensive FF&E package for the new £100m main stand that would boost capacity by 8,500 and deliver a premium experience of the nation’s favourite game.

Claremont was tasked with specifying and procuring all loose furniture, fixtures and equipment for the staff and hospitality areas in the new stadium. Although the original architects’ specification was costed at £3m, Claremont was asked to maintain the integrity of the scheme at a significantly reduced budget of £1.5m.
Working with the client’s appointed designer, Claremont delivered all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment across the new main stand’s hospitality lounges, private boxes, press areas, medical and changing facilities and areas for match day staff.
Delays to the main build created additional time constraints for the project, however despite these challenges the Claremont team delivered the project on time and to budget.
