Being a worldwide provider of aviation and aftermarket support services, BBA Aviation required a new head office to reflect its global presence. The company aimed for a professional and high specification workplace environment that would be a productive and welcoming space for their staff and visitors.
The meeting suites required a sophisticated audio visual solution which included digital signage, video communications, projectors and a customised wireless touchpanel to control the split-fold boardroom.
Claremont was successful in demonstrating its capability and experience in delivering high quality office fit-out projects and audio visual solutions and as such, was chosen to carry out the works.
The office fit-out comprised alterations to the existing air-conditioning and sprinkler systems, modifications to the ceiling and amendments to existing electrics.
Other works saw the installation of new power and lighting, including feature floor lighting, and general decoration throughout. The latter also encompassed new graphic wall features in the breakout and open plan office spaces.
Claremont fitted bespoke joinery items such as a new reception desk, Muraspec wall panelling and Lumicore panels as well as a full height glass video wall in reception. The video wall is designed to display custom made content and is programmed to switch on and off automatically in line with office working hours.
A sophisticated audio visual system was installed in the meeting rooms and a television in the staff breakout area. Claremont has successfully delivered a quality office fit-out for a global business on time and within budget.
