Best Companies Accreditation.
At Claremont, we believe firmly that workplaces should be much more than just places to work. We’re committed to nurturing individuals and promoting a company culture that supports, motivates and inspires our people to be the best they can be.
Our commitment to providing a workplace that people look forward to being part of is reflected in our Best Companies Accreditation. In 2016 we were among a select group of companies across the UK to receive a 1 Star rating, which was awarded due to the results of a company-wide staff engagement survey.

Every organisation that applies for a Best Companies Accreditation is given a Best Companies Index score (BCI). This score (on a scale of 1 to 1000) is defined by employee responses to questions within the Best Companies survey. A company must receive a BCI score of at least 659.5 to be awarded 1 Star status.
Best Companies has been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Accreditation requires a focus on workplace engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth.
We plan to build on this year on year, as part of our ongoing mission to create an outstanding work environment for all.
Leading organisations are harnessing the power of agile working to drive improved business performance.
This new way of working means a new kind of workspace, and employee readiness is central to the successful
