The Brief   
Claremont Group Interiors were appointed to complete the Design, Fit-out, Furniture and AV package at The Listening Company's office at Oriel House in Richmond. Claremont completed works on the 3rd floor, comprising exsecutive and client suites, including AV and data presentation systems and works to the ground, 1st and 2nd "calling" floors. 

Claremont also refurbished the two buildings on eitehr side of Oriel House - Quadrant House and Midmoor House. Quadrant House comprised design, fit-out, furniture and AV works to the 1st and 2nd calling floors and, at Midmoor House, the design and fit-out of the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Floors, including a training suite on the 1st floor. The entire works at Midmoor House were also fast-tracked to be completed over the course of 2 weekends.

Following the Richmond works, Claremont were also appointed to complete the design, fit-out, furniture and AV package at The Listening Company’s Newcastle office at St. James Gate. This product involved major works to the 1st floor and an upgrade to the electrical and AC systems on the 2nd floor. From an initial 8-week proposed programme, the project was fast-tracked to 6 weeks, with 2 weeks procurement time and 4 weeks on-site. As at Richmond, the client proposed to move away from the traditional call centre environment to a more modern, team – working, collaborative environment. Claremont gave them a new layout which suited the client’s requirements and a flexible furniture system which would be very quick to install and re-configure in the future due to minimal components.
