If Claremont is appointed as a successful contractor having been involved in the initial design process, the benefit this brings to the client is that the knowledge and trust gained through the design process is retained within the project team. Firstly, this ensures that the delivery quality of the scheme is maintained and secondly that there are no surprises at the end of the project for the client.
