At the outset of your project we nominate someone as client liaison who will act as a point of contact for all tenants, ensuring communication is maintained at all times and the tenants stay happy throughout the process.
It goes without saying that all of our Cat A fit-outs include full health, safety, environmental and sustainability compliance, ratified by our accreditations. We also liaise with Local Authorities planners, Buildings Regulations and English Heritage where appropriate to ensure all specific requirements are met.
