Nurturing talent has always been one of Claremont’s core principles and the arrival of two new graduates, via the Parato Law Graduate scheme, is the latest example.  Sophia Cuthill (21) and Katie Hood (21) join the business development team and take responsibility for finding and developing sales leads.

Claremont has also made its first young apprentice a permanent member of the team.  Abigail Lafrenz (19) started a business administration apprenticeship last year and will continue in her role as furnitureadministrator.

Ann Clarke, joint managing director of Claremont group interiors said:  “We’ve always been proud of our focus on finding and nurturing talent young talent and these appointments are testament to just how well it’s working.

“They’ve brought enthusiasm and new ideas into the business which is fantastic.  We’re particularly pleased that our first apprenticeship has been so successful and that Abigail’s experience can continue to be put to good use within the business.”
