Warrington remains the perfect home for Claremont expansion

Claremont Group Interiors is marking 30 years in business with a relocation of its head office within Warrington to provide the company with the perfect environment to expand.
With an annual turnover of £21m, which makes it the largest player in the office refurbishment sector outside London (and the 16th largest in the UK*), Chief Executive Mike Gardner sees more potential for expansion as it enters its fourth decade – and Warrington as the best possible base.
Claremont's national reputation and client base – it employs 80 people at its HQ in Warrington, and its Bristol and Fareham offices – means it can focus on its core services of office fit-out/refurbishment and property consultancy for clients.
Current clients buying into its knowledge and premium product sourcing in the requirement for office design, space planning and technology integration, include legal practice Halliwells, United Utilities, Northern Rail and Marks and Spencer Money.
Business growth is not confined to core activities, however. At its new 15,443 sq ft Birchwood home The Breeze, Claremont have launched their first serviced offices.
Alongside the Claremont offices, the breeze comprises six tenant workspaces with leading edge technological specifications. All enjoy wireless high speed internet access and a range of hospitality, meeting and conference spaces, and a ‘village square’ wireless intranet for tenants and visitors.
Units at The Breeze range from 30 sq m to 105 sqm. "These tenant workspaces prove there is demand here for more sophisticated office solutions in Warrington," says Mr Gardner. Now Claremont plans to introduce their serviced offices to other areas of the country alongside its office interiors services.
"To take the company on the next stage of its life, we looked at all the options including Manchester and Liverpool. Warrington is in easy reach of both, with its motorway connections and its dynamic business community.
