Claremont Group Interiors has been appointed to supply and install all the furniture for national law firm Halliwells' new office in Spinningfields, Manchester.
Halliwells has already agreed a pre-let for the relocation of its new offices and is set to occupy 170,000 sq ft within the flourishing Spinningfields scheme, located off Deansgate and already home to a number of professional businesses and consultancies.
Claremont will be working in close partnership with lead interior designers Sheppard Robson on the new project.
Comfortably the largest law firm in the North West, Halliwells has a fee income in the region of £75 million and a client base of over 1,000. The firm has offices in London, Liverpool and Sheffield as well as Manchester.
Commenting on the move, Halliwells’ managing partner Ian Austin said:
"The move to Spinningfields will be a fantastic springboard for us to move forward as the region's pre-eminent law firm. We are delighted to be working with Claremont on our impressive new building. Their positive and committed approach coupled with their ability to provide a high level of service made them the ideal partner to provide our first class working environment as we continue to expand across every area of the firm."
