Published on 8 Jul 2006
A recent survey of the legal, media and financial sectors examined the impact of the workplace on productivity. The survey's findings on the importance of the working environment to productivity, job satisfaction, innovation, recruitment and retention has some important messages for law firms.
Just over three quarters of the legal respondents believed their work environment was very important to their sense of job satisfaction, with 30% saying it was a contributing factor in their decision to accept or reject an job.
Claremont GI works with a number of legal practices to address the issues of designing a productive and effective environment. You can download case studies of recently completed projects below, including our work with Bevan Brittan.
