Denton Wilde Sapte appoints Claremont for Furniture Contract

International law firm Denton Wilde Sapte LLP (DWS) has appointed Claremont Group Interiors to provide the furniture for their new state-of-the-art offices.

DWS has over 600 lawyers in a network of offices and associate offices across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and South East Asia and works with many of the world’s leading companies in four industry sectors: Energy, Transport & Infrastructure; Financial Institutions; Real Estate and Retail and; Technology, Media and Telecoms.

The only City-headquartered law firm with a presence in Milton Keynes, DWS have had an office in the town since 1988. With the continued growth of the Milton Keynes practice, DWS took the decision to relocate to the brand new BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Pinnacle:MK development within the town’s central business district. DWS have taken 32,500 sq ft within the flagship office development, to accommodate 100 staff.

Claremont, whose head office is based in Warrington, have a wealth of experience in the legal sector, having worked with several national law firms, including Halliwells, Hill Dickinson, Weightmans and have just been appointed for the fit-out of Shoosmiths’ office, both in Milton Keynes and Manchester.

Claremont, who worked with Staverton to supply the furniture, worked to a tight timescale, with only four weeks to deliver and install all furniture products including all bespoke joinery items
