
Claremont Group Interiors has won a fourth contract at Spinningfields, with national law firm Shoosmiths appointing the Warrington-based company for the design, fit-out, furniture and AV package for Shoosmiths’ first office in Manchester at 3 Hardman Street.
Claremont, who have already completed projects for Halliwells LLP, Ecclesiastical Insurance and most recently, BDO Stoy Hayward at Spinningfields, are currently working on-site to deliver the interior scheme for the law practice’s eighth office in the UK.
The 9,925 sq ft office on the seventh floor of 3 Hardman Street will provide space for approximately 60 staff.
