Claremont Group Interiors completes design and fit-out for Advanced Medical Solutions new HQ

The design and fit-out for the new headquarters of global technology company Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS) at the Premier Park Industrial Complex in Winsford, Cheshire has been completed by Claremont Group Interiors.

Previously located at the Winsford Industrial Estate on two different sites, AMS agreed a 15-year lease on the 138,500 sq ft bespoke building, which was sized to accommodate AMS’s existing operations and allow for future expansion. The new facility comprises offices, R&D laboratories, manufacturing and warehousing.

The project, which is a major commitment to R&D and manufacturing in the UK, has been supported by the North West Development Agency. As well as appointing Claremont for the fit-out, AMS worked with Fletcher Architects and property investment company Patrick Properties to create a building that would reflect their success at a corporate level as well providing a flexible manufacturing facility.

The building is also one of the first in the country to utilise “solarwall”; a renewable energy source that features perforated cladding to capture the sun’s warmth and supplement the building’s heating system.

Fletcher Architects designed a glazed curved wall to maximise the triple height reception which is located on the corner of the office building. Claremont worked closely with AMS to create a dramatic, impactful reception space which links the boardroom, dining area, laboratories and open plan offices.
