Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS) appoints Claremont for design and fit-out of new Cheshire HQ

Claremont Group Interiors has been appointed as principal Design & Fit-out contractor for the new headquarters of global technology company, Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS), at Premier Park Industrial Complex in Winsford, Cheshire.

Working alongside Fletcher Architects, Claremont has been tasked to complete the design and fit-out of the reception, boardroom, restaurant, kitchens and laboratories for the bespoke 138,500 sq ft building. With internal works due to start on-site early August, Claremont will be working to create an environment which will reflect the organisation’s success and status at corporate level, and which will offer added overall flexibility for the organisation’s office, R&D, manufacturing and warehousing functions. .

With the added challenge of designing the building around the relocation of great crested newts, the building is also one of the first in the country to utilise “solarwall”; a renewable energy source that features perforated cladding to capture the sun’s warmth and supplement the building’s heating system.

Advanced Medical Solutions is focused on the design, development and manufacture of innovative products for advanced woundcare and wound closure. 

AMS uses its in-house technology to provide a vertically integrated ‘one stop shop’ for all categories of moist wound healing products. The Company has the capability to move a product from design and development through to production and delivery for distribution and sale into customer markets.
