Claremont Group Interiors commences work on Nottingham Building Society HQ

Claremont Group Interiors has commenced design and build, refurbishment and interior fit-out work on the headquarters of the Nottingham Building Society.

Post refurbishment, the 22,000 square feet facility at Huntingdon Court will integrate all the core management functions of society under one roof. The completion of the project will also mark the transition from a traditional cellular workplace to a team-based working environment.

The project covers three storeys of the building. Each floor will feature open plan offices in addition to a range of breakout and meeting spaces. The first floor of the building houses a technically advanced new training suite in addition to a new cafeteria that doubles as a multifunctional presentation and meeting area for larger gatherings including social occasions and AGMs. The second floor will house senior managers and directors.

Work is scheduled for completion by the end of November 2011
