The Brief
Claremont Group Interiors were appointed to provide a cost effective furniture solution for James Hall. They required furniture for the open plan office space, training facility and staff canteen, comprising of desking, meeting tables, screens, storage and breakout furniture. The fit-out works included the installation of internal partitioning, bespoke freestanding pods, (used as meeting spaces) and other bespoke items including; the reception desk, concierge point and screening. Claremont also specified the interior finishes including flooring, wall coverings and artwork.
The Solutions & Result
Claremont provided a complete furniture package to meet the functional and budgetary needs of the client. The desking, tables, screens and pedestals for the open plan office space and meeting rooms were supplied by Teknion and all seating in the open plan office, breakout areas and staff restaurant was supplied by GGI. Claremont’s ‘Wallstore’ division manufactured storage walls, providing a flexible storage solution for each department. Claremont worked alongside the main contractor; Bowmer and Kirkland and the architect; Cassidy and Ashton to complete the bespoke joinery and furniture installation, ensuring the project was completed on time and in budget.
