Concept and Scheme Design

Having taken the initial design brief from you and developed a clear understanding of project objectives, corporate image and concepts, timescales, budget, current and future requirements, Claremont Group Interiors’ design team will prepare outline proposals which will form the concept design, taking into consideration:

  • Aesthetic preferences
  • Time-frame requirements
  • Return on investment
  • Space standards
  • Collaborative versus dedicated areas
  • Formal and informal meeting spaces
  • Storage requirements
  • Departmental interactions and adjacencies
  • Brand and corporate identity
The approved outline proposal will then be developed into a scheme design to include general layout plans. This will also include:
  • Specification of finishes and colours
  • Provision of information for the preparation of the cost plan
  • Presentation materials, including samples, mood boards, drawings and 3D visuals
