Initial complimentary consultation terms and conditions.

Our initial consultation is a complimentary service and is provided on a discretionary basis, subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without further notice.

The complimentary consultation will consist of up to one day of consulting work, plus a high level report outlining initial recommendations. The consultation is a collaborative two-way process, and we reserve the right to vary the exact nature of the outputs from the consultation as deemed appropriate by our consultant.

The report provided by the consultant is a high-level overview only and does not contain detailed advice nor constitute a plan of action. Claremont accepts no liability in respect of any loss of revenue or income, loss of profits or anticipated savings, or any other loss or damage as a result of the client’s actions following the consultation.

The service is only available to business organisations and professionals, and we reserve the right to qualify the suitability of the activity on a case-by-case basis before committing to delivering the consultation. Entering into an initial discussion with Claremont does not constitute a binding contract or commitment on our part to complete the consultation.
