Claremont is not a furniture manufacturer, but a privately owned company that is not aligned to any one manufacturer, offering a truly independent advice.

Our design consultants have worked within the furniture industry across the UK, European and North American markets for many years and have a wealth of furniture supply experience, manufacturing knowledge and attention to detail. This specialist furniture knowledge coupled with research at industry exhibitions allows us to source a wide range of product solutions from the world’s best manufacturers. 

The process begins with a detailed understanding of your criteria, and then sourcing products that match, or if possible, exceed those. Our expertise helps us to respond to each client’s individual requirements and allows us to compile a portfolio of furniture products from a variety of manufacturers. As part of our service we arrange targeted product displays, which help to assess various product and price point options, enabling us to tailor your final design solution to your individual performance specification, aesthetic vision and budget.

By coordinating with other suppliers or sub-contractors, such as IT partners, we are also able to present fully resolved solutions and alternative concepts. 

As part of our furniture supply and procurement service we do all of the below:

• Prepare presentations of furniture products for your own assessment
• Write specifications for both fixed and loose furniture and fitting
• Producing schedules of quantity, including detailed visuals, elevations and plans
• Use 3D visuals to illustrate the products in situ, enabling you to view their application in your planned spaces
• Issue tenders
• Answer potential supplier questions
• Compile tender returns for your analysis and selection
• Evaluate sample product to ensure it meets the product specification
• Carry out factory visits to confirm manufacturing capability
• Carry out financial checks, helping you assess company stability and therefore continuity of supply and the validity of product warranties
• Arrange deliveries and installation of all products to site
