The challenge for Claremont was to design a new and improved Call Centre layout to give the staff a feeling of space yet still achieve the occupancy levels required. The solution had to be flexible enough to allow some future expansion and alteration to the team structures.
Solution
Having agreed layouts then workstation standards for the call-centre operatives, an incredibly flexible
furniture product called ie from Teknion was used, to create what was for all intents and purposes a bespoke solution. Thus the client has a unique solution to their needs without the cost implications of a purpose-built solution.
Result
The project was completed on time and within budget, due mainly to the close working relationship between Claremont and the client.
