Business Development Executive

Claremont Group Interiors is the largest interior design and fit-out company outside London. Based in Warrington, we employ 85 people designing and delivering a variety of commercial office environments.  The company has a lively and energetic approach to business with a strong creative influence. Claremont work with a diverse range of clients including; McDonalds, Manchester City Council, Liverpool Football Club & O2.

We are currently looking for an experienced business to business sales person who can play an important role in strengthening the company’s new business function with potential progression into a field sales role.
 
The Role:
 
The primary role will be to qualify targeted prospects generated from a variety of lead sources, via proactive contact calling and information-gathering to produce quality leads for the sales force and set up appointments for the field sales staff to attend.
 
The individual’s core responsibilities will include: 
  • Qualifying new sales leads by identifying key decision-makers, clarifying the client’s brief and developing a profile of individual client requirements; 
  • Advising on all relevant products and services which match with the client’s requirements; 
  • Arranging appointments with key decision-makers for the field sales staff to attend; 
  • Understanding the local commercial property market, including developing relationships with local Commercial Property Agents as an additional source of lead generation.
 Required skills: 
  • Business to Business sales experience 
  • An effective communicator with a highly professional approach;
  • Target-driven and results-focused; 
  • IT Literate
