Junior AV Service Engineer 
 
Viewpoint is a specialist in Audiovisual systems integration in the UK market and is a division of Claremont Group Interiors.
Projects undertaken vary from simple systems in a competitive market to bespoke and often technically complex installations.

As a Junior Service Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing audio visual equipment and systems in training, conference, meeting and Boardroom environments.
Your role as Service Engineer is to maintain and at times assist with the installation of AV systems.
 
Duties will include;
• Maintenance of loan equipment.
• Rack building & Equipment testing.
• Technical site survey when required.
• Arranging and attending both preventative and emergency/ curative maintenance visits.
• Investigating customer problems and queries when they arise, monitoring their progress & providing reports.
 
Requirements
You must be self-motivated, reliable, articulate, well organized and able to work to deadlines. You will need to have the ability to work effectively under pressure, whilst retaining inter-personal skills and representing the company professionally.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in electronics and an analytical approach to problem solving.
You will also have the ability to liaise with clients at all levels and maintain close links with the Technical Service Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum GCSE level, ideally with an understanding of electronics and audiovisual equipment.
 
Salary dependent on experience, vehicle will be provided after probationary period.
