Marketing the space: Whether you want to generate material for your website or plan the space for prospective tenants, our design team can provide all the visuals, 3D animations, branding and marketing material to help prospective tenants visualise their new home.
Fixed price: We offer a variety of procurement methods but understand that most people prefer a guaranteed maximum price for a project. This would usually be based on a JCT Form of contract as required and gives you cost certainty from the outset.
Minimal disruption: We are used to working in buildings which are occupied and understand that existing tenants need to carry on business as usual with minimal disruption. At the outset of your project we would nominate a client liaison person who will act as a point of contact for all tenants, ensuring communication is maintained at all times and the tenants stay happy throughout the process.
