Peoplelink case study
When Unilever decided to centralise its human resources into one location, it was essential that this team should be able operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. To this end, peoplelink was born and, in order to make the concept work, Claremont was appointed to create an environment that would support the needs and motivate the people working within peoplelink.
Solution
The open-plan environment provides a variety of work settings, bookable meeting rooms, training rooms and a 'zoo' , a colourful and dynamic place to go for informal team meetings and to provide a touchdown space for those who are not office based.
Without appearing to be such, the new offices operate as an efficient call centre, servicing all human resources needs for Unilever; it is hoped they will help facilitate long term savings.
Result
"We wanted to dramatically change the way in which we work. We expect our new offices to promote flexibility and effectiveness, enabling us to meet tough efficiency targets. Claremont responded with imagination and perception to a difficult brief - we are delighted with the new look."
