Coca-Cola case study

Coca-Cola wanted its existing flagship offices in Hammersmith to reflect the dynamism and excitement of this status and the main brand values of sociability, trust, leadership, energy and responsibility to the environment. It was also their desire that the new working environment should facilitate the way the company envisaged working and interacting into the future, liberating creativity and assisting in recruitment, retention and motivation of talented employees.

Solution

Claremont introduced concepts to open up the building, creating a central focal and social hub on each of the four floors, with offices on either side. Known as the 'ellipse', this space is open to all and designed to encourage teamworking. A palette of natural shades and materials are used to give a subtle backdrop to branding; furniture, furnishings, lighting and other services reflect sustainability and environmental concerns down to the smallest detail.

Result

HR Director, Sally Stiegler, says: "People are very proud of their new office environment and say it is a great place to work."
