"From the outset we had the utmost confidence in Claremont's delivery team. At every stage, right from specification to contractor liaison and the installation itself, we've been impressed with their appreciation of our challenges, product knowledge and professionalism." Martyn Fisher, Assistant Director of Capital Development

The brief

Bespoke furniture installation across eight properties was undertaken by Claremont and manufacturing partner, Triumph which was part of a three year programme of refurbishment and maintenance.

The results

Creating a welcoming environment was a key requirement of The London School of Economics, as its student population is made up of over 140 nationalities. Claremont put together a comprehensive fitted and loose furniture package including practical but also homely pieces including beds, shelving, study desks, chairs and tables.

Communal and social areas follow this theme, with sofas, banquettes and stools being complemented by specially sourced items such as football tables. We leveraged our extensive supplier relationships to bring together the full package.

From the outset we had the utmost confidence in Claremont’s delivery team. At every stage, right from specification to contractor liaison and the installation itself, we’ve been impressed with their appreciation of our challenges, product knowledge and professionalism.
