Consumer Intelligence gather unique data and intelligence about consumers and companies to understand the market. The technology company’s decision to relocate office space, saw Claremont tasked with delivering a bespoke high quality fit-out, a furniture package and audio visual tools within a six week project timescale.
Consumer Intelligence had two compelling reasons for moving office space, a timely lease-break opportunity and the need to expand operations due to continued growth, with a view to doubling their employee headcount over the next few years.
Having secured the project as a result of winning a competitive bid process, having been recommended by long term client WBD, Claremont’s team worked closely with all parties to ensure the design and build project was completed to specification and delivered within a tight timescale.
Claremont’s mechanical and electrical team modified and validated the M&E systems in place within the new office space.
In total, 54 workstations were included within the open plan space, alongside 7 meeting rooms and a number of breakout spaces, ensuring room for future expansion plans.
The design-led approach incorporated the brand identity of Consumer Intelligence throughout the space, alongside crisp, bright features.
